The process and what’s included

STEP 1: I send you over a questionnaire which helps me to understand what is happening.

STEP 2: I send you over a personalised sleep assessment on your newborns sleep and we book in a 60 minute call to discuss it.

STEP 3: You receive unlimited daily support via whatsapp for 3 weeks to help you implement the changes. (This is Monday - Saturday until 9pm).

PLUS: Once we finish up, you'll receive my PDF guide on what to expect next for your babies sleep as they grow.

PLUS: Additional support - two emails a month for 8 weeks after we finish up to help keep you on track.

RESULT: Your newborn is sleeping in their crib, falling asleep fast, taking longer naps and has a bedtime routine.

STEP 3: You receive daily support via whatsapp for 2 weeks to help you implement the changes. (This is Monday – Friday at nap and bedtimes).

PLUS: Once we finish up, you'll receive my PDF guide on what to expect next for your babies sleep as they grow. This includes sleep regression info, clock change info and nap transition info.

RESULT: Your newborn is sleeping in their own crib, falling asleep fast, taking longer naps and has a bedtime routine.

IDEAL FOR PARENTS DEALING WITH ONE OR TWO ISSUES THAT YOU CAN’T SEEM TO FIX.

STEP 1: I send you over a questionnaire which helps me to understand what is happening. We agree a date for your phone call.

STEP 2: I assess what is going on and prepare some resolutions to talk you through on the call.

STEP 3: During the phone call I discuss why your newborn is struggling to sleep and give you practical solutions for you to resolve these issues.

PLUS: An email to recap what was discussed and an appropriate settling method handout.

PLUS: One follow up email to be used within 2 weeks of the call.

RESULT: Your newborn no longer has any sleep issues and everyone is sleeping soundly all night long!
