4 Weeks of in the moment daily WhatsApp text Support, including bedtime (Monday – Friday 9am-8pm)

1 x 30 mins phone call to check in after the initial 2 weeks.

Updated plan (if needed) to reflect new goals and strategies for week 3.

PLUS: Once we finish up, you'll receive my PDF guide on what to expect next for your babies sleep as they grow.

RESULT: Your newborn is sleeping in their crib, falling asleep fast, taking longer naps and has a bedtime routine.

IDEAL FOR PARENTS WHO HAVE A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT THEY NEED TO DO BUT NEED SOME SUPPORT IN MAKING THE CHANGES AND CHOOSING THE RIGHT METHOD.

STEP 1: I send you over a questionnaire which helps me to understand what is happening. 

STEP 2: I send you over a personalised sleep assessment on your newborns sleep. We arrange a date to get started on more sleep.

STEP 3: You receive daily support via email for 1 week to help you implement the changes. (I will check emails 12 hours a day Mon-Fri).

PLUS: An email to recap what we have learnt over the week and what to do into the second week to stay on track.

PLUS: A further email in the second week to check you're still on track and answer any last minute questions.

RESULT: Your newborn no longer has any sleep issues and everyone is sleeping soundly all night long!
